These terms cover the Little Prayer Stories app. The app is run by [Owner’s legal name or company] (“we”). By using the app, you agree to them. We’ve kept them short.

The app

Little Prayer Stories is a Catholic bedtime app for families: saint and Bible stories, prayers and the Rosary, in English and Spanish. It’s made for children aged 3 to 8 with a parent. A grown-up should set it up and stay close while young children use it.

The stories, voices and art are made with digital tools and checked by a person. The prayers are the Church’s standard texts. The app is a resource for families to pray together; it isn’t an official publication of the Catholic Church.

Patron subscription

• Patron is an optional subscription that opens the full story library. Tonight’s routine, the Rosary and the basic prayers stay free.
• You buy Patron through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). Their terms apply to the purchase. On Apple devices, your use of the app is also covered by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
• The price and how often you’ll be charged are shown before you buy. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
• If your plan starts with a free trial, you’ll be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The app reminds you 2 days before the trial ends.
• Cancel anytime in your phone’s subscription settings. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it. After you cancel, Patron stays open until the end of the period you’ve paid for. How to cancel.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules. We can’t issue them ourselves, but we’re glad to help you ask.

For your family

The stories, art, audio and videos in the app belong to us or are licensed to us. You’re welcome to enjoy them at home with your family. Please don’t copy, sell, re-upload or share them publicly without asking us first. If you’d like to use them in a parish, school or classroom, write to us. The prayers themselves belong to the whole Church, and you’re always free to pray them.

No guarantees

We work hard to make the app reliable, and we check that every story plays before each release. Still, the app is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond what these terms say and aren’t responsible for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

Privacy

Your family’s details stay on your phone. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
